We’re bringing AV Archives Night back and we’re making it easy!
Share your content with us, we’ll host it in our AV streaming platform Aviary, then join us and others in an interactive screening event on August 6th from 5:30- 7:00 PM CT as part of the social activities during Archives Records 2020. Submissions are due by 12:00 pm CT on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. Got questions? Email us!
Step 1: Find audiovisual content of any subject matter to share that’s less than 4 minutes. If your file isn’t clipped, you can submit timecodes and we'll clip for the screening.
Step 2: Fill out this form! We'll send you a secure upload link for your file, or if you want to share something you already have in YouTube or Vimeo, you can give us the url.
Step 3: AVP will send you a link to view your content in Aviary and you’ll have the opportunity to add transcripts, links, security permissions, or additional metadata.
Step 4: Join the fun during the live event on August 6th from 5:30- 7:00 PM CT! No pre-registration necessary. See the listing in A*R conference schedule here.
